Leigh Riley was asked to write Your Practice Succession specifically for Medical General Practitioners after the successful completion of a previous book on the same topic, Your Business Succession.
The project required Leigh to develop an understanding of the special issues that GPs faced when exiting from their medical Practices. To ensure credibility Leigh undertook the process of interviewing a number of Practice owners, and also drew upon valuable data and information provided by a Melbourne based General Practice Network.
